The animation team was full of energy and very fun. They really enhanced the experience. i found the food to be quite delicious and varied, with a mix of both international and local options. the reception team stood out. They were very attentive to my needs. i especially appreciated the warm welcome from mr mahmoud.
the room cleaner wasn't great at first, they asked for a tip right away!
