the reception staff were very helpful, especially mr mohamed hassan. rooms were spacious. i noticed high-quality food ingredients at every meal. the animation team was very experienced, including mr anoo, mr shems, mr reinaldo, mr dj, julia, dasha, and bea.
My room cleaner asked if a two euro coin was for him. The shower was empty on arrival and not refilled.

The front office team provided fast check-in, an asset. I enjoyed the good selection of food. Chicken, steak, and pasta were available. The animation team was always there to entertain me. They offered games like darts and water polo.

This was my second visit. I enjoyed a wonderful family vacation here! the rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The views were amazing. the pool and beach access were ideal for both kids and adults! mr m. gouda, the general manager, sent a beautiful gift to my family, what a thoughtful gesture. i highly recommend this hotel!

inconsistent servicemissing snacks
The room service was surprisingly inconsistent. One day, they cleaned thoroughly, the next they barely touched anything. the minibar was not consistently restocked, sometimes missing drinks or snacks that were supposed to be included. It was more than a little annoying. The staff did not seem overly concerned when I mentioned these issues. I'd have expected a bit more enthusiasm to solve the problems.

The animation team was full of energy and very fun. They really enhanced the experience. i found the food to be quite delicious and varied, with a mix of both international and local options. the reception team stood out. They were very attentive to my needs. i especially appreciated the warm welcome from mr mahmoud.
the room cleaner wasn't great at first, they asked for a tip right away!
